APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are scheduled on recurring and "as needed" basis based on availability.  For new patients, an initial consultation is necessary.  Please see the information on the "contact page".

I am in the office several days a week with afternoon and evening hours. I do not currently offer weekend appointments.

OFFICE POLICIES

I am an out of network provider for all plans and do not accept insurance.  I will gladly provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement.

The initial appointment is an assessment and at that time office polices, including confidentiality, fees, scheduling and cancellations, will be discussed.
